Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Made-to-order and personalised items may require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping

We offer standard and expedited shipping within our home market. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select./

International shipping

We ship internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delays
